Follow applicable laws and marketplace age requirements. Guest progress may be unrecoverable after a device change or deletion. Keep linked social accounts secure. Do not sell, transfer, or share access credentials to your account.
2. Purchases and randomized content
Prices, content, and purchase conditions are shown in the game and marketplace checkout before purchase. Check in-game probability information for recruitment and other randomized content. Virtual currency and items are for use within the game; they are not promised cash redemption or external trading value.
Cancellations and refunds depend on applicable law, consumption, and Google Play or Apple policies. These terms do not restrict statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Contact support with the order identifier for missing items or duplicate charges.
3. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional and require availability, completed viewing, and a valid reward confirmation. Network, inventory, or duplicate request issues may interrupt availability. If a reward is missing, report when and where it happened.
4. Misuse and restrictions
Do not hack, use modified clients or automation, exploit transaction or reward vulnerabilities, steal accounts, or infringe others’ rights. Confirmed violations may result in record corrections or feature or account restrictions. Contact support to appeal a decision.
5. Updates and service changes
Balance, content, and features may change to improve the game. Maintenance and outages can interrupt service. Where practicable, we will announce material changes affecting your rights in advance. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Rights, data, and support
Rights in game code, names, art, and audio belong to Rose100 or their legitimate rights holders. Do not extract and resell or redistribute them without permission. Personal information and account deletion are covered by separate policies. Contact support about the service or a dispute.
