1. Send a deletion request
Use the email link below with the subject ‘Three Kingdoms: Legions account deletion request’. Include your linked Google or Apple account email (including an Apple private relay address, if applicable) and your in-game player identifier if available. For a guest account, start with the device used and approximate last play time.
An email address alone does not authorize deletion of another player’s records. We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify ownership. Never send passwords, verification codes, or authentication tokens. Tell us whether you want the entire game account or specific personal information deleted.
2. Information removed
We process deletion of service data associated with the verified game account, including server progress, generals, relics, currency, formations, transactions and rewards, and boss trial or ranking records. Completed deletion makes progress, including unused in-game currency, unrecoverable. We will explain the scope and any steps needed before processing.
3. Information that may remain
Minimum purchase or dispute records required by law, or records necessary to protect legal rights, may be retained for the applicable purpose and period. Server backups are subject to provider retention and recovery policies. We will explain the scope of removal, exceptions, and reasons when responding.
Local device saves, operating system backups, Google or Apple accounts themselves, and marketplace transaction history are separate from game server deletion. Clear local app data and manage provider access separately where needed.
4. Confirmation
After verifying ownership, we will respond with the outcome within the period required by applicable law. If ownership cannot be verified or legal retention applies, we will explain why and what can be done. Use the contact below for privacy and deletion requests.
